Music Haiku

Driving to concert.
Lana del Rey sings that,
“We were born to die.”

Lights in the darkness
Stretch into eternity;
Small bars dot country.

Swaying with music
Guitars as phallic partners
musical Maudlin.

Head boppin’ along
Music trembles through the air;
Feel sound in your bones.

There he goes; strut … strut …
Strutting across the small stage.
Much bigger than life.
